How it works
Three steps, whether you post trips or fly them.
1 · Post an opportunity
An operator posts a trip with the aircraft type, dates, route, the crew positions needed (1–3 pilots, 0–2 flight attendants), and a day rate for each. Posting is free.
2 · Match and agree
Crew members apply with a note, for the crew position they want. The operator reviews applicants, accepts one, and the platform creates the booking and trip-agreement PDF. The operator then secures that crew member's pay — in full, or half now and the balance by trip start — and the crew member sees "Pay secured".
3 · Fly and get paid
When payment features are enabled, the operator pays through the platform. After the trip is completed, the platform initiates the crew transfer subject to Stripe processing, account eligibility, disputes, and review.
